For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of South Africa as their are restrictions on Perfume being shipped abroad. We are working to resolve this
All orders will be packed within 1 business day of being received. Orders take between 1 and 3 business days to be delivered depending on where the delivery is.
If there are failed deliveries the courier will make contact via the phone number you provided at checkout.
After 2 failed attempts the courier sends stock back to our warehouse where we will charge and additional feee to resend the order out again.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theicsgroup.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
